Reiki found me many years ago, I always say that Yoga opened me up to my heart and my truth and Reiki filled me with healing light and energy. 

After 17 years in the Health Service as a Clinical Biochemist, I decided to change direction and work in the world of energy healing. 

I knew what this practice had done for me and my life. For many years I had suffered panic attacks, PTSD, depression and feeling completely disconnected from myself.

Reiki and other healing modalities allowed me to release past pain, to let go of fear and raise my overall vibration to a place of love and joy.
 
It has been transformational in every sense for my life and I am honoured to be able to share it with anyone who feels the pull in my direction.

Energy healing appointments are available in person in Avoca, Co. Wicklow and via Zoom and WhatsApp.

Mairead has been initiated into USUI Reiki, Level I, II and III and also into Golden Tera Mai Reiki Level I and II by Alvagh Cronin.
 
Mairead works under the guidance of her closely held intuition.
